About these terms
This site is operated by Racivelle, a trading name of [registered company name], [registered address]. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch email, not when the payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock, a pricing error, or a restricted destination — we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties outside the United States. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been accepted.
Product information
We describe the formula as supplied by our manufacturer, including the stated percentages of saw palmetto, rosemary and caffeine. This product is a cosmetic. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including hair loss.
Colour and appearance can vary slightly between batches. Patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using it if irritation develops.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment details you authorise the charge for the order total. We do not store card data.
Delivery, returns and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery times are estimates. Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Racivelle name, wordmark, bottle design, photography and copy on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country of residence.
