Shipping
We ship worldwide from a single warehouse. Orders leave within two working days.
Cost and speed
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $60.00. Below that, a flat rate of $7.90 applies to every destination.
- United States and United Kingdom: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- European Union: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
These are typical transit times, not guarantees. Customs inspection can add several days, and we cannot control it.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are picked the same day where stock allows. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. If tracking has not moved for five working days, write to us and we will chase it.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout. Refused parcels are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Addresses
Please check the address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at cost. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse.
Restricted destinations
We cannot ship to destinations where the import of cosmetic products of this kind is prohibited. If an order cannot be fulfilled for that reason, we will cancel and refund it in full.
