Privacy
What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
Racivelle is a trading name of [registered company name], [registered address]. For any privacy request, write to hello@racivelle.com.
What we collect
- Contact details: the email address and delivery address you give at checkout.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: the pages you visit, the device and browser used, and the site you arrived from.
Why we collect it
To take payment, deliver your order, handle returns, answer your messages, and keep the statutory records a retailer is required to keep. With your consent, we also send occasional email about the product. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the shop: Stripe for payments, our shipping carrier for delivery, our email provider for transactional mail, and our hosting provider. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for one purpose: to remember the contents of your cart between pages and visits. That record stays on your device until you clear it or complete an order, and it is never sent to us until you start a checkout.
The payment page is hosted by Stripe and sets its own cookies, which are necessary for fraud prevention and for the payment to work. Stripe's own privacy notice covers them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, or a transfer in a machine-readable format. Write to hello@racivelle.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email anyone with an active order history and update the date at the top of this page.
