Returns
Thirty days from delivery, opened or unopened, refunded to the original payment method.
How it works
Write to hello@racivelle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with a return address and, where available, a prepaid label. Once the parcel arrives, refunds are issued within five working days.
You can return a bottle you have used. Scalp care is personal, and a formula you cannot assess without opening is not a fair purchase to lock someone into.
What we refund
The product price is refunded in full. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or not what you ordered. Return postage is paid by you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Send a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it, and we will cover the return postage.
Exchanges
We make one product, so there is nothing to exchange for. Return it for a refund and order again whenever you are ready.
Exceptions
We cannot refund items returned after 30 days, or parcels lost in transit where the tracking shows delivery to the address supplied at checkout. If you believe a parcel was stolen after delivery, contact us — we will open a carrier claim with you.
