How often should I use it?
Once a day. Two to three droppers along the parting and hairline is enough for the whole scalp. Use it on dry or damp hair — it makes no difference to how it absorbs.
Will it make my hair look greasy?
It is a water-light serum, not an oil. Apply it to the scalp rather than the lengths, and give it a minute before you style. Most people find it disappears entirely.
How long does one bottle last?
About eight weeks at once a day, which is why the two-bottle option exists. The serum is stable for 24 months unopened and 12 months after opening.
Can I use it alongside other products?
Yes. Apply it first, on the scalp, then use your usual styling products. If you use a medicated scalp treatment, alternate mornings rather than layering them.
Is it suitable for colour-treated or relaxed hair?
The formula is fragrance-free and free of drying alcohols, so it is designed to sit comfortably on colour-treated and chemically relaxed hair. If your scalp is currently irritated or broken, wait until it has settled.
What is it not?
It is not a treatment for hair loss, and we will not tell you it regrows hair. It is a daily scalp serum with three actives at stated percentages, made to be used consistently.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Orders leave our warehouse within two working days. Delivery is typically 3–5 working days in the US and UK, 5–10 elsewhere. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility outside the US.
What if it is not for me?
Return it within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, and we will refund the product price. Write to hello@racivelle.com with your order number and we will send a return label.
